	MEMORANDUM ORDER - After reviewing four of the documents, and considering the parties' briefing and oral argument, as well as the terms of the Protective Order, the court FINDS that, as redacted, the challenged documents are not entitled to even the limited protection conferred by the Order. However, if Sterling desires to maintain their confidential designation for purposes of discovery, it may produce unredacted copies. Accordingly, the court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the motion to maintain the designation.
