MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court are Defendants S.B. Southern Welding, L.L.C.'s and Shane Boston's Objections to Plaintiff's Proposed Notice to Putative Class Members (Doc. 35 ) and Plaintiff Jack Roberts' response thereto (Doc. 36 ). For the reasons that follow, the Court SUSTAINS in part and OVERRULES in part Defendants' objections. Based on the foregoing, the Court ORDERS as follows: (1) The parties must submit a joint proposed notice that complies with this Memorandum Opinion and Order no later than 12/22/2015; (2) Defendants must produce the full names (including middle names, if known), last known addresses, and dates of employment for all individuals to whom notice may be sent within 30 days; and (3) The deadline for Defendants to file a decertification motion is RESET to 3/25/2016.
