MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: In the Order Granting Plaintiffs Renewed Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Court noted that $357,953 was more than 25% of the Settlement Fund, and appear[ed] high when compared to other similar cases. (Order Granting Renewed Mot. Prelim. Approval 9, ECF No. 105.) Although Plaintiff did not provide adequate support for this amount in her Renewed Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Court found it possible that the estimate could fall within the range of reasonableness, if properly supported. To date, Plaintiff has failed to provide any support for KCCs incurred Administrator Costs. Consequently, the Court does not approve the Administrator Costs. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to submit legal and factual support for the requested award of Settlement Administrator Costs no later than October 5, 2020. Failure to provide adequate support will result in a reduction or denial of Administrator Costs to KCC. (lc)
