ORDER - granting Agreed Motion to Sever and Stay Pending Resolution fo Proceeding at the International Trade Commission. Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby directed to assign the severed action a separate civil action number and to file therein copies of Plaintiffs Complaint and this order. Such action shall remain stayed until the resolution of all International Trade Commission proceedings between Plaintiff and CANON INC. and CANON U.S.A., INC., including appeals. Upon the conclusion of those proceedings, either party may move for an order lifting the stay.
