ORDER - Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby directed to assign the severed action a separate civil action number and to file therein copies of Plaintiffs Complaint and this order. Such action shall remain stayed until the resolution of all International Trade Commission proceedings between Plaintiff and Christie, including appeals.
