ORDER - Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby directed to assign the severed action a separate civil action number and to file therein copies of Plaintiffs Complaint and this Order. When the clerk opens the new case, the filing fee is hereby WAIVED. Such action shall remain stayed until the resolution of all International Trade Commission proceedings between Plaintiff and Optoma, including appeals. Upon the conclusion of those proceedings, either party may move for an order lifting the stay. Upon entry of such an order, Optoma will have 20 days to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint.
