MINUTE ORDER by Chief Judge Ricardo S. Martinez. The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Ricardo S. Martinez, Chief United States District Judge: This matter was CLOSED on 12/20/16. In response to Plaintiff's motion for relief from judgment, Defendants asked that the motion be denied and the matter remain closed. Dkt. #103 at 2, ln. 8. The Court subsequently denied Plaintiff's motion and the matter remains CLOSED. Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant has now filed a motion to amend his complaint (and to file such amended complaint under seal), and a jury demand. These motions and jury demand are now STRICKEN. Should Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant wish to pursue additional motions, other than a simple motion for reconsideration, he must move to re-open the case. Likewise, should Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant desire a jury trial on any new claims, he may seek such a trial if and when the Court allows an Amended Complaint to be filed. Nothing in this Order is intended to suggest how the Court would rule on such motions.
