ORDER. The Court held an Initial Pretrial Conference on March 14,2017. Defendant 702C71D, pro se, appeared in person as ordered by the Court. (See ECF No. 22 .) Counsel for LHF Productions, Inc. ("LHF") failed to appear, citing administrative difficulties. In the interest of judicial efficiency, the Court heard LHF telephonically, albeit beyond the scheduled hearing time. For the reasons stated during the Initial Pretrial Conference, the Court ORDERS the following: 1) LHF's Amended Complaint, (ECF No. 16 ), is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; 2) By close of business March 17, 2017, LHF SHALL file and serve a Second Amended Complaint; 3) By close of business March 17, 2017, LHF SHALL file and serve its initial pretrial disclosures in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1); 4) 702C71D SHALL file and serve her responsive pleadings to the Second Amended Complaint by close of business April 5, 2017; and, 5) The Court will hold an Initial Pretrial Conference on April 10, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. The Court cautions LHF that it cannot tolerate continued non-compliance with its orders, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or the Local Rules of Civil Procedure for the Eastern District of Virginia. The parties must adhere to all court deadlines. Failure to follow court orders or to strictly comply with the rules governing this case risks sanctions, including dismissal of this action with prejudice. It is so ORDERED.
