Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge David Nuffer: Status Conference held on 3/25/2019. Counsel for plaintiffs present. Mr. Rex Bray present for two identified defendants (as noted above). Mr. Zenger address the court on the procedures taken to serve each defendant in each case. Mr. Zenger requested leave to amend the complaints to identify each individual defendants. Mr. Zenger requested 90 days to amend the complaints. Mr. Zenger requested to not set aside any current default judgments that have already been entered. Mr. Zenger will withdraw all remaining pending motions for default judgments, but to allow the current motions for default certificate to remain pending. Mr. Bray responded that the requests are reasonable. Court did not set aside any current default certificates. Mr. Zenger to reevaluate the personal service on each defendant (not served to others, other than the named defendant). Mr. Zenger to call out bad addresses and no other way to serve the defendant. Mr. Zenger then requested 120 days to decide whether to refile any motions for default judgment. Mr. Zenger to provide any case law of adding parties outside a trial setting as stated in Rules 15(b)(2) and 15(a)(2) by 3/29/2019. Court took under advisement the requests made by Mr. Zenger.
