On August 14, 2018, and in response to an Order of this Court (ECF No. 35) plaintiff Equal Rights Center ("ERC") supplemented its Amended Complaint with a declaration from Heidi Case ("Case Declaration") regarding her knowledge of UberWav and its wheelchair-accessible service, and the injuries that she allegedly continues to suffer despite the existence of UberWAV (see ECF No. 36). Pending before the Court at present is Defendants' request for leave to file a response to this affidavit, and ERC's associated request to respond to anything that Defendants are permitted to file. (See ECF No. 37.) Upon consideration of these requests, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' 37 Motion for Leave to Respond to the Declaration of Heidi Case is GRANTED, and that on or before September 7, 2018, Defendants may file a supplemental brief of no more than five pages that addresses the representations made in the Case Declaration. It is FURTHER ORDERED that on or before September 17, 2018, ERC may file a responsive supplemental brief of no more than five pages. The parties are hereby advised that, in light of their request to submit supplemental briefs and in the interests of judicial efficiency, the Court's consideration of this case will be ADMINISTRATIVELY STAYED pending completion of this supplemental briefing.
