Mortlock, et al., (Interpleader Action) are hereby dismissed with prejudice. (4) Hartford is hereby released from all claims that were asserted or that could have been asserted by or through any of the Defendants against Hartford in the Interpleader Action. (5) Defendants are enjoined from instituting or prosecuting any proceeding in any state or United States court against Hartford for the recovery of life insurance benefits through a policy of insurance, Policy No. GL-395115, obtained by decedent Douglas R. Harvey through his employment with the Trustees of the Children's Hospital Association and Affiliated Organizations Trust Wilmington Trust Company, Participating Employer Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. (6) Defendants are enjoined from instituting or prosecuting any proceeding in any state or United States court affecting the Policy benefits invoked in this Interpleader Action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2361. (7) Upon the entry of this Order, the Clerk of the Court is ordered to release the funds held in interpleader in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to Pepper Hamilton LLP, by check made payable to Pepper Hamilton LLP, representing reasonable costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Hartford in preparing and serving the Interpleader Action.
