ENDORSED ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on Relator's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice by Consent of the United States and Request for Court Order (Doc. 4]). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i) allows a plaintiff to dismiss an action voluntarily before the opposing party serves an answer or files a motion for summary judgment. Here, Relator voluntarily dismisses this qui tam action without prejudice to him or to the United States. And the Government consents to the dismissal.
