	ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WITH TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant appear to show cause at a hearing to be held in this Court before the Honorable EDGARDO RAMOS United States District Judge, in courtroom 619 of the Courthouse at 40 Foley Square, New York, New York, on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an order should not be entered granting Laurel Road a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Section 34 of the Lanham Act, and the Court's inherent powers, enjoining Defendant, its officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, representatives and all persons acting in concert or participation with Defendant: 1. from manufacturing, producing, importing, circulating, distributing, advertising, promoting, displaying, selling, or offering for sale any advertising, marketing or promotional materials using the Trade Dress, as defined and described in Paragraphs 22 to 25 of the Complaint, and as pictured in Exhibits 2 through 16 of the Schaefer Declaration, and any simulation, reproduction, counterfeit, copy or colorable imitations thereof, including any derivation therefrom; 1. From manufacturing, producing, importing, circulating, distributing, advertising, promoting, displaying, selling, or offering for sale any new advertising, marketing or promotional materials using the Trade Dress, and any simulation, reproduction, counterfeit, copy or colorable imitations thereof, including any derivation therefrom.
