Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Philip M. Halpern: Pre-Motion Conference held on February 25, 2021. Counsel for Plaintiff, Defendant Tyco Fire Products LP ("Tyco"), and Third-Party Defendant Oprandy's Fire & Safety, Inc. ("Oprandy's") appeared by telephone. As discussed during the conference, Tyco is granted leave to file its contemplated motion for summary judgment. Oprandy's application for leave to file its contemplated motion for summary judgment is denied without prejudice to renew after Tyco's motion is adjudicated. As stated on the record, should Oprandy's seek leave to make a motion for summary judgment after Tyco's motion is adjudicated, it will not be precluded from making any argument it wishes to pursue. Tyco and Plaintiff shall serve and file their papers in accordance with the following schedule: (1) Tyco's moving papers shall be served, not filed, on March 24, 2021; (2) Plaintiff's opposition shall be served, not filed, on April 23, 2021; and (3) Tyco's reply shall be served on May 14, 2021. Tyco and Plaintiff are directed to file all motion documents on the reply date, May 14, 2021.
