	Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge John C. Gargiulo: Initial Appearance as to CE7F558, 8E82561, 8D1BCA6 held on 8/16/2016. Defendants were sworn, advised of the charges in the Complaint and their rights. The financial affidavits taken by the USPO were signed under oath in open court. The Court appointed the Federal Public Defender, Ellen Allred who was present in the Courtroom for the purposes of this hearing. The Preliminary hearing was explained and Defendants expressed their desire for a Preliminary Hearing. The Government moved for detention as to all Defendants.
