Within five (5) days after receipt of service of this Order, including intermediate Saturdays and Sundays, providing services to Defendants, Defendants' User Accounts and Defendants' Merchant Storefronts, including, without limitation, continued operation of Defendants' User Accounts and Merchant Storefronts; and as further set forth in this order. Defendants shall show cause as to why a preliminary injunction, pursuant to FRCP 65(a), should not issue. Show Cause Hearing set for 12/20/2018 at 02:00 PM in Courtroom 11D, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007 before Judge P. Kevin Castel.
