MINUTE ENTRY SENTENCING Defendant was present with court-appointed counsel, Danilo Aguilar. Government by John Rice, AUSA. James Matthew Davies was sworn as an interpreter. The Court examined the defendant as to his understanding of the proceeding now before the Court. The government objected to the presentence report as to the debriefing of the defendant. Counsel for defendant stated the defendant's reply as to the issue of debriefing. Both parties continued to argue the issue. AUSA John Rice moved the Court to continue the sentencing to another date so parties can further discuss the issue of debriefing. Defense attorney agreed to continuing this matter.
