JUDGMENT OF REVOCATION as to Nathan Hanshaw (1), Count(s) 1, 2, 3, ORIGINAL JUDGMENT: The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 30 months. This term consists of terms of 30 months on each Count, to be served concurrently with one another, and concurrently with any sentence currently being served for a supervision violation in federal Docket #08-40032-FDS. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of 3 years. This term consists of terms of 3 years on each Count, such terms to run concurrently. The defendant is to serve 3 months in home detention with location monitoring equipment as a condition of supervised release. It is further ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $300, which shall be due immediately. REVOCATION JUDGMENT: The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 8 months with no term of supervised release to follow.
