DEFAULT JUDGMENT the Court adopts the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation and grants the Funds' Motion for Default Judgment against Blanchette (INC), Blanchette (Systems) in the total sum of $58,460.21. This amount includes the following for each of the Funds: (see Judgment Order for breakdown of Judgment amounts as to each of the individual Funds); Because of the Defts' persistent failure to meet their reporting and payment obligations to the Funds under the terms of the collective bargaining agreements, the Funds' Agreements and Declarations of Trust and 29 USC 1145, Defts, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys and all persons acting on their behalf or in conjunction w/them shall be and hereby are restrained and enjoined from refusing to file complete, proper and timely remittance reports w/accompanying contributions for all periods for which Defts' are obligated to do so under the current and any future collective bargaining agreement( s) to which they are bound (see Judgment Order for details) ( signed by Judge James C.
