Rutherford, Eisen, and Bragg are dismissed. Pltf's claim that deft. Chupik lied on the witness stand is dismissed. Pltf's claim concerning deft. Chupik's actions while arresting and investigating pltf. is continued. Pltf's complaint does not comply with Rule 8(a) of the FRCP with respect to this claim. Pltf. is ordered to particularize his complaint as to his second claim against deft. Chupik within fifteen days from the date of this order. Pltf. is to submit a short particularized statement of background facts and conduct that allegedly violated his constitutional rights.
