Kossan's liability regarding the health insurance and the ERISA notice claims. Pltfs' motion for summary Judgment is also GRANTED as to the dischargeability in bankruptcy of Robert L. Kossan's debts arising from any judgments regarding the health insurance, ERISA notice, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Plaintiffs' Motion for S/J is DENIED in all other respects. ORDERED that judgment be and is entered in favor of pltfs regarding Robert L. Kossan's liability for the health insurance and the ERISA notice claims. The actual damages to be awarded on these claims remains for trial unless resolved by the parties. ORDERED that all debts of Robert L.
