ORDER granting [2-1] motion by Falcon Enterprises for Temporary Restraining Order; that the defendant is restrained and enjoined from interfering with plaintiff's use of the aircraft within the continental United States from the date of this Order until Sunday, August 14, 1994, at midnight, at which time the aircraft shall be returned to the Norfolk International Airport, Norfolk, Virginia; further that plaintiff maintain during the entire term of this Order an aircraft liability policy covering liability of the defendant in the amount of $50,000 aircraft liability, $250,000 voluntary settlement (per seat), medical payments in the amount of $5,000, and also hull limit in the amount of $1,250,000, with U.S. Aviation Underwriter, naming the defendant first loss payee; further that plaintiff post bond with surety with the clerk in the sum of $25,000 prior to this order taking effect; further that this Order shall remain in effect through midnight, Sunday, August 14, 1994, at which time it shall expire by its terms, entered 8/11/94 at 4:25 p.m. and filed 8/11/94 ( signed by Judge J.
