ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on the Report and
Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. Based upon a de novo
review of the evidence in this case, the Court adopts the
Magistrate Judge’s findings and recommendations, and it is hereby
ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion for Default Judgment is
GRANTED, and that Plaintiffs are awarded the sum of $28,882.94.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant (1) shall make its financial
records available for audit by Plaintiffs and (2) is enjoined
from violating the terms of Plaintiffs’ employee benefit plans or
submitting untimely contributions and reports to Plaintiffs.
