Plaintiff David M. Wagner, (“Plaintiff”) filed a Verified Complaint (the
“Complaint”) against Tesla, Inc. (“Tesla” or “Defendant”).
The Defendant is a Delaware corporation and will be served pursuant to 8 Del.
C. § 321 by serving its registered agent. Plaintiff will use Parcels, Inc. as Special
Process Servers to serve Defendant. Please prepare the appropriate summons,
