There is no indication in the file that the clerk issued a Summons to the defendants in accordance with
Rule 2-1 12(a), apparently because counsel failed to provide the addresses for the defendants 0n the
Complaint as required by Maryland Rule l-30](a).
There is no affidavit of service or competent evidence to show that the person alleged to have been
served was an agent authorized by appointment or by law to receive service of process for the individual
in accordance with Maryland Rule 2-124(b).
The purported service of process is defective under Maryland Rule 2-12 l (a).
The motion does not comply with the requirements of Maryland Rule 2-6l3(b) or 50 U.S.C.
§
3931.
The pleading does not comply with the requirements of Maryland Rule l-3I 1(a).
THEREFORE, it is this 23rd day of January, 2018, by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County,
