PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS WRONGFULLY WITHHELD AS PRIVILEGED
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37 and Local Rule 7(F)(1), Plaintiffs,
through their undersigned counsel, hereby seek in camera review of the documents identified in
the Appendix to Plaintiffs’ Memorandum of Law, which Defendant Google has withheld in
whole or in part on the basis of privilege. These documents are responsive to Plaintiffs’ Request
for Production Nos. 1 and 2, served on March 27, 2023. Plaintiffs further seek an order
compelling production of unredacted versions of these documents to the extent the Court
concludes that they are not privileged. The grounds for the motion are fully set forth in the
