DEFENDANT GOOGLE LLC’S WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION TO COMPEL
On August 4, 2023, Defendant, Google LLC (“Google”), filed a motion for an order
compelling Plaintiff United States to answer Google’s Request for Admission No. 1 (Docket
No. 291). On Monday evening, August 7, 2023, the United States served a second amended
answer to Google’s requests for admission and provided an answer to Request for Admission
No. 1. While reserving its rights to challenge the sufficiency of that answer under Rule 36(a)(4)
and (6) as well as any other grounds, Google hereby withdraws its pending motion to compel,
without prejudice.
