thereafter as counsel may be heard, the United States will move the Court for entry of an
order extending the deadline for document productions and the deposition testimony as to
two Rule 45 subpoenas. Plaintiffs collectively will also move the Court for relief with
respect to a deposition occurring in the related multidistrict litigation pending in the
