Pursuant to FRAP 28(j) and this Court’s Cir. R.28-6, amicus curiae the
Administrative Office of United States Courts (AO) respectfully brings to the
Court’s attention a revised fee schedule for PACER access, effective April 1, 2013.
As explained in the AO’s brief (at 6), the Judicial Conference previously planned
to revisit the fee policy and exemption requirements at issue in this proceeding. A
copy of the new fee schedule, including the Judicial Conference Policy Notes, is
attached to this letter. The new fee schedule is available online at:
