ORDER
It is this
26th
day of December, 2013, by the United States District Court for the
District of Maryland, ORDERED that:
1. Larry J. Feldman, Esquire, be and hereby is indefinitely suspended by consent from
the bar of this Court. Based on Mr. Feldman's affidavit to the Court, a copy of which
is attached, this suspension is entered with prejudice to any right of Mr. Feldman to
petition the Court in the future for reinstatement under Local Rule 705.4.
2. Nothing in this Order shall limit the Court's ability to impose reciprocal discipline
under Local Rule 705.3 in the event Mr. Feldman is subject to public discipline by
another jurisdiction's
bar.
3. The Clerk shall enter this Order on the public docket and administratively close this
case. All other portions of this case shall remain under seal, absent court order.
4. The Clerk is directed to send a certified copy of this Order to Respondent, counsel for
Respondent, and the Attorney-Investigator.
Within fourteen (14) days of this Order,
the Clerk shall give notice of this Order to the bar authorities and jurisdictions where
Respondent is admitted to practice, as provided for in Local Rule 705.5(a). The Clerk
shall also notify the National Discipline Data Bank of this Order as required by Local
Rule 705.5(b).
