Based on that review, the court requests that third party, Xcentric Ventures, LLC ("Xcentric") file a sur-reply to address the Blockowiczs' newly raised argument that Xcentric is in privity with defendants Joseph David Williams and Michelle Ramey based on a contractual relationship.
