	ORDER - Following a jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of the defendants on April 10, 2013. Plaintiff filed a notice of appeal from the April 10, 2013, judgment entered in favor of defendants and a motion to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. I notified plaintiff, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1915 and Henderson v. Norris, 129 F.3d 481, 484 (8th Cir. 1997), that, if he decides to pursue the appeal, he would be required to pay the statutory filing fee. Plaintiff thereafter filed a motion to withdraw his appeal....IT IS ORDERED: 1. Plantiff's motion, Doc. 366, to withdraw the appeal is granted. 2.
