ORDER granting in 2:11cv75 case #153 Motion to Sever into a separate case and STAYED. Plaintiffs claims against Mad Catz, Inc. (Mad Catz) are hereby SEVERED into a separate case and STAYED. Accordingly, the Clerk is hereby directed to assign the severed action a separate civil action number and to file therein copies of Plaintiffs Amended Complaint and this order. Such action shall remain stayed until the resolution of all International Trade Commission proceedings between Plaintiff and Mad Catz, including appeals. Upon the conclusion of those proceedings, either party may move for an order lifting the stay.
