ORDER that action by the Court on the discovery motions is DEFERRED. Action on the motion of cnsl for the pltf to withdraw is DEFERRED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to appear before the Court on Tuesday, April 25, l995, at 10:00 a.m., etc. to show cause why counsel for plaintiff should not be permitted to withdraw as a result of the pltf's refusal to cooperate in discovery proceedings, make himself available for an independent medical examination, and assist in preparing this case for trial.
