Order Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order - Pursuant to Rule 16(b) and the Court's March 1, 2011 Order, a pretrial conference was held in this matter on March 23, 2011. Upon the consideration of the representations made by the parties in the Proposed Discovery Plan 62 and for the reasons discussed during the pretrial conference, the Court makes the following rulings: 1.
