ORDER denying 200 Motion to Enforce Judgment. Pursuant to the proceedings held in open court on April 8, 2005, it is hereby ORDERED that Amtrak shall file notice with the Court, on or before May 1, 2005, of the steps it has taken and will continue to take to ensure that all documents relevant to Plaintiffs' claims are preserved and maintained; and it is further ORDERED that Amtrak shall provide to the Court, on or before May 1, 2005, for in camera review, a copy of all written instructions that were and will be given to Amtrak employees regarding document preservation in compliance with this Order; and it is further ORDERED that Amtrak shall provide in its filing a list of all employee positions that have received written instructions prior to the date of this Order and a list of all employee positions that will receive such instructions regarding document preservation pursuant to this Order; and it is further ORDERED that for the reasons stated in court on April 8, 2005, 200 Plaintiffs' Motion to Enforce Judgment Order Granting Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Defendants' Production of Documents is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED that Defendant Amtrak shall produce a 30(b)(6) witness pursuant to Plaintiffs' notice of deposition.
