ORDER This matter is before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge on referral from the District Court for a settlement conference. The Court held a settlement conference on April 6, 2012, at which time the matter was resolved with regard to all remaining defendants except Defendant Shashikant J. Zota. At that time, Mr. Zota agreed to reconvene the settlement conference on April 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., but he did not appear at the scheduled date and time. Accordingly, the Court has now rescheduled the settlement conference to reconvene on May 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Defendant Shashikant J. Zota is hereby ORDERED to appear on May 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to reconvene the settlement conference.
