The Court DENIES TEPCO's Motion to Dismiss under the doctrines of forum non conveniens and international comity. The Court does not disturb its prior Order GRANTING Plaintiffs Motion to Amend their SAC. Plaintiffs timely filed an amended pleading. The Court GRANTS TEPCO's Motion for Certification of Interlocutory Appeal. The Court has concerns as to the wording of the issues proposed by TEPCO in its Motion.
