On the afternoon of 9/23/2015, the movants unilaterally renoticed the motion for presentment on 9/25/2015 at 1:30 PM. Judge Kennelly does not hear motions on Friday afternoons. He has set certain other matters in this case for hearing at that date and time, but that does not authorize the parties to notice motions for the same date. The changed hearing date of 9/25/2015 is vacated, and the motion for leave to issue a subpoena is reset to its originally scheduled date and time, 9/24/2015 at 9:30 AM.
