Shaffer granting in part and Denied in part Dfts motion to strike Pla's late designation of Non-Parsons witnesses and nine additional categories of documents motion to extend Discovery cutoff date [33-1] [36-1] Ordered: Sanctions are ORDERED as follows: The Pla and his Csl are access the cost incurred by the Dft in filing the Motion to Strike and their reply and attending this hrg. Dfts shall have the right to re-open Mr Edward Bondarewicz deposition and the cost or re-opening the deposition, incl court-reporting costs and atty fees shall be pd by the Pla and/or his atty. Dfts have leave to re-open any other deposition in this case, they wish to re-open in light of the additional documents disclosed by Pla. If any of those depositions are re-opened, those depositions will be paid for by the Pla or hia Atty incl the cost of Atty fees. The Ct will allow the Dft to take depositions of any of the additional twenty-four witnesses that they think is appropriate. However, because the Dft has not used its full allotment of depositions the Ct will not impose the cost of those depositions.
