It has taken my civil rights away and enabled our neighbors Brian Burchmore, Sara Lecain, Michael R. Weaver and John C. Schaaf (an out-of-state attorney from Pennsylvania) to continue using a restraining order to harass their neighbors and children to lead a normal life despite hiring 3 different attorneys to stop the renewal of the restraining order. As stated by Michael R. Weaver on May 20, 2014: “I respectfully DO NOT want this Court to extend these orders for a mere additional year, because this will waste both the Court’s and my time in approximately twelve months from now. I tell this to the Court with all due respect, because I KNOW that I will be back at the expiration of EVERY order to renew the orders against the Defendants.” CCH-10-571041 and CCH-10571042.
