If the legislator doesn't pass a quick test of the high- to medium-level contents of the proposed legislation then they can't vote on the issue. And an email is sent to their constituents reporting the test results.

    		 Problem Legislators don't read the laws they vote for
    The Dodd-Frank Act and the Durbin Amendment are perfect examples. Dodd-Frank was something like 2,000 pages long.
