Some of the FBI documents disclosed require a bit of reading between the lines to fully understand what's being said.
For example, when the FBI says "this investigation should be reclassified as a 245 matter," what that means is that it's a big enough deal that the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) should consider it related to "Central/South American Organizations" or "Other Major Criminal Organizations."
