It's not very nice of a court clerk to edit a pro se litigant's e-filing submission, introduce a typo, and make it seem like the typo was the litigant's fault. Ahem.
Right now the Superior Court of Alameda County is running 1-2 weeks behind for e-filing approval. This is possibly because the court's hours of operation are from 8:30 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. It's also possibly because there's something else wrong, given that there actually aren't that many e-filing submissions to be approved. Between May 3rd and May 11th, there were only 112 submissions. That's a little more than 20 per business day, or about 3.6 per hour on average. And they can't keep up?
