Doordash, Inc. (DASH)'s website is super buggy and ended up billing me three times for a subscription service that A) I already had B) for free. So they issued two refunds, and I called in about the third, which was missing. Getting the refund was no problem.
And then I got this follow up e-mail from the mysterious "Q"...
