Defendants.

24
Plaintiff’s motion for an order accelerating the hearing on defendants’ pending motion
25
to dismiss is denied. This court cannot accommodate a hearing sooner than the currently set
26
April 17, 2012 date. Additionally, the court agrees that it does not make sense to hold an initial
27
case management conference to discuss scheduling, trial setting, and other issues until
28
defendants’ motion to dismiss is resolved. Accordingly, the initial case management
conference remains asPage 2 Case5:11-cv-05496-HRL Document35 Filed03/16/12 Page2 of 3
