For good cause appearing, the Court modifies and amend, on a Nunc Pro Tunc basis, the Judgment and Commitment Ord dated February 20, 2002. Dft's ten year custody sentence shall be served concurrent with the sentence imposed by the United States District Court, Western District of Tennessee, case no 92-20216-G. Dft shall receive credit for all time served from October 4, 1993 to present.
